Who We Are
Happy Hollow is owned by Mike and Erica Weltsch. Both Mike and Erica are military veterans, and have worked in the construction industry since leaving active duty military almost 20 years ago. They decided to bring their expertise together to offer custom indoor and outdoor residential solutions to Columbia county and outlying areas.
Experience and Professionalism
Both Mike and Erica have been in the construction trades for well over 15 years; Mike as a journeyman carpenter working on various jobsites up through the level of superintendent on projects valued from small to multimillions. Erica has been on the other end of the construction spectrum, working in project management for over 15 years for both specialized construction and commercial utilities construction, on projects valued from small to multimillions. They love to share their knowledge and bring to life the ideas that customers see in their minds.
